just upload it to the inc->plugins folder and activate it.....


then goto ur user cp and enter ur skype id in the user profile ..... then the button will be displayed automatically......(note:the button won't be displayed unless and until t particulr user enters his skype id in his profile...!!!)

hm I did that
It is now activated and I entered the skype ID
I also changed the setting in skype...
it still does not seem to work

Just activate it and be sure to enable the visibility of your status on web via skype settings.
