Button Text Colour

What part of the theme settings is used to change the colour of the text inside an input?

For example:

LOGIN: (Text Box - text currently white and not seen)
PASSWORD: (Text Box - dots currently white and not seen)

The text box uses the table text colour.

If you want to change it then you will have to dive into the CSS template.
