Just tested this by trying to register an email address twice and got:

Fatal error: Using $this when not in object context in D:\mydomain.com\wwwroot\forum\inc\plugins\prse.php on line 63

Thats a plugin problem. You'll need to contact the author of the "prse.php" plugin
