where can I change the color of the line that seperates a post from the signature?

You can do it in the templates. Its impossible for individual users! Should be somewhere like Admin CP > Templates > Modify / Delete > *template set expand* > Postbit Templates Expand > postbit_signature, and edit the <hr> bit.
