Need to add a Banner Code

On My forums I need to place a Banner on Top and bottom, I was wondering where do I have to edit to get this done?

Open Template [Header]
Scroll right to the bottom of that template and add you banner code above <br class="clear" />

Bottom Banner
Open Template [Footer]
Enter your code at the very top of the document.

I use Mozilla Firefox + Opera... The one you saw is Firefox

I really like thunderbird too
