Did you mean subdomain or subforum?

If you want a subforum on hosted forums created automatically I suppose it is possible. You could either edit the SQL query files so that one is imported automatically when the forum is made, or you could make a subforum on the master forums and then change the forum installer to copy over the forums / categories of the master forum into all hosted forums.

For subdomains, the current release does not support subdomains, but the MyBB 1.4 release will. You can view a demo here:

I can tell you that this script is using a wildcard subdomain '*'.

But you must be informed that there is at least 14 unresolved bugs in that script and i would not recommend it to anyone not good in PHP coding...

Also this script is NOT compatible with MyBB 1.6
