so what are you supposed to do? I dont know what to do in the 'Templates: Find updated thing....it just gives me a list of the templates ...what do I do with them?

Well the ones that are listed are ones that have been updated for the new version. You can either revert them to the latest default version, or get the "diff" and manually make the updates to your templates.
