How hard is it to get a custom skin made? I am in terrible need of one to match my website's new theme and I'm not sure what the best approach to getting one is, or if it is possible without paying out a deal of cash. Help?

I used to do custom themes -- and still do in my "spare" time and when I feel like it. However, my spare time is already booked with requests, so I'm out. Maybe there's another designer around willing to help you.
