Adding stats software.

I've done a search but haven't managed to come up with anything. I do, however, apologise if this is a duplicate thread.

I'd like to put my stats software code into the "footer" section. I use clicky and the code has to go before the </body></html> of each page.

Is this something that would be done via the "templates" in the admin panel, or does a sort of footer.php exist where I could place the code? I'm personally more comfortable with editing the raw php files, but... I don't want to break anything!

Any input would be much appreciated.
