Shoutbox AJAX

This plugin makes an AJAX interface for the base of the Shoutbox plugin of Musicalmidget which is developed for MyBB 1.4, and which has a MyBB 1.2 version.

You can choose if you show the box on each page, or only on some pages entered in the settings.

This is amazing! Its a MASSIVE hit on my site, much better than my slow old one and with much better features! The refresh button isn't working but im yet to look into that

Normally, it isn't. But, you don't see anything happening, unless there is a new post.

You should, made my community much more friendly and active, plus its an easy way to tell people things (obviously)

Also I can't find the bit of code that needs moving to move the shoutbox, I also didnt want it being displayed to Guests but that doesnt really matter, its still much better than my old one and is a MASSIVE improvment on the original it is based on. I noticed you were on my site...

That worked the oposite way at mine. When I was using SMF they posted content in the shoutbox instead of the forum.

its not refreshing on my site
i'm using ie7

I thought that on mine but the refresh button only works if something in the shoutbox has changed ie. a new comment, You can't actually tell that it is doing anything, but it is working :wink:
