This is really bad ... sorry. It's nearly unreadable.

Ok, rather than Bey Brad and My constructive criticism, here's what I personally think:
-We aren't in the 60s or 70s when everybody was all Rainbowishny (Did I just invent a word..?) I personally think you should make it either a dark color scheme, which would be black and red, or a lighter more modern color scheme, which I myself prefer it to be blue and green.
-The blue .tcat or whatever it's called (Sorry, not really the expert here...) doesn't fit the background. Try changing the background or something.
-The header is waaay to big. The normal sized logo is either 500x100 or 500x100, don't make it so big.
-Text and on/off buttons are completely unreadable too. Consider a different color if you are trying to create a Hippie kind of theme.
Well, that's all I have to say. I mean, I'm no expert, but I can see you are trying hard to make this theme. Keep up the work!
