[F] Thread tool post reply disable smilies [C-Michael83]

The thread tool, (under configuration>moderator tools).

when it is set to post a reply, the smilies for that message are disabled whenever any BB code is used in the message.
if no BB code is present, the smilies is not disabled and will be shown.

Hmm, you sure it's MyCode causing the problem? From what I can see, if it's done via the Post tool, it will enable smilies, however, if done via the thread tool, it'll disable them.

The MyCode is not causing the problem I guess. My mistake.
Then, is it the thread tool disabling the smilies a bug?
