Extra Comments: We ran for a year at Forumotion, but decided after we hit 800 members that we wanted access to our databases. It's almost like starting again but we had 100 users re-register in the first two days. So pretty happy with that.

While there are other cake decorating sites out there, there isn't alot in the Australian market so we believe we've hit a nice little niche, besides the fact that I decorate myself and found it very difficult to find info without having to trawl through many places, we hope to create a place to find lots of helpful info, in the one place.

- Change default avatars (why change all the default images to the "new-cake-type" ones and keep the avatars?)
- Too much sub-sub-sub-.....-sub-forums. Did you have such quantity of information that you need all those subforums?
- Remove the "new thread" possibility on main sub-forums (http://www.cakesandmore.org/forums/forum....php?fid=3)
- If you have a sub-forum of "Events" remove the Calendar. People didn't use the Calendar if they have an "Events" section, so you are wasting broadband, queries and DB.
- Why do you need the "COPPA Compliance"? Are you talking about sex or drugs on your forum?
