Some users cannot login

I have a tiny problem with mybb atm

I can log into my forum, and some other users can log into the forum, but others cannot. I am not sure the cause of this, but I do know it is causing me a lot of hassle because people cannot use the board. I have come over from phpbb to mybb and was impressed - until i heard that some users couldnt login. Please help me otherwise I may have to go back to my old ways!

Make sure the users have enabled cookies. Also, is there an error message they see, can you give us more information about what they see and what seems to happen?
