who's online and forum stats icon

Hi,
I'd like to add two icons to my forum at http://www.dnp.in
these are "who's online" and "board statistics" icons
at the bottom.

Much like:
http://www.iprosnetwork.com/forums/index.php

Where do I have to modify the templates?
