Create a backup before executing these.

TRUNCATE mybb_threadratings;
UPDATE mybb_threads set numratings = 0;
UPDATE mybb_threads set totalratings = 0;

That should be everything.

How to set on configuration > setting that there is plugin setting that have null Setting (0).

Does anyone know if there is a query to run for removing the views column from the threads but leave them in the users control panel?

Just an update;

Users using >= MyBB 1.6.7 can disable thread ratings by going to ACP > Configuration > Forum Display Options > Use Thread Ratings? > No
