Ok, 1, there's hardly any bugs in 1.4 now, and 2, I don't think there will be any more updates at all for 1.2.x now. But if you really want o I guess it's your choice... it just seems you want to sue 1.2.14 just to have a different colour in the ACP and I just find that a bit odd but maybe that's just me.

Custom ACP links and custom pages are already at mybbsource.com so that was easy. Maybe check http://mybbthemes.8ez.com/ to see if the flash theme has been updated.
Might take a little bit of searching on your part but I think you'll find most things have been updated for 1.4.x now.
