Board Message Plugin Issue

I installed THIS plugin.

This is what goes wrong:

I do have the same problem but I do not know, where to check the admin permissions. Any help would be appreciated.

Users and group-->Admin Permission-->your name-->Board Message--Can manage board message?-->yes!

Hi,

It seems I missed this thread the first time around so sorry for the delay.

There should have been a note in the installation instructions which says to check that you have access to the new 'Board Messages' section in the admin cp but evidently that note seems to have been omitted.

I've updated the installation instructions in the hope of making this clearer for users in the future.

I know I'm bumping this, but thanks for this. I didn't even know the admin permission section existed. Very helpful!
