Quick Reply With Post Title

I need a quick reply which have the option to enter title as well. I know that members can create their own title for advanced reply page.

I am looking just for a mod which creates a textbox to enter title on Quick Reply section. In default, the title textbox must fill with the RE: Thread Title as usual.

Is here anybody to help me..
