I Want To Make Subforums in columns

I want to make subforums in columns. How can I make it? I already use plugins, but it not working. Have another way to make subforums in columns.
I want to look like this picture...

When I active this plugins, my forum look like this image....

The plugin works fine (at least with the default theme), and I Love it.

Important:
ACP > Forum Home Options >> Subforums to show on Index listing...
...the number (default = only 2) needs to be raised high enough to cover all your sub-forums

I use default theme. I just modify this theme.

The number of subforums that you wish to show inside forums on the index and forumdisplay pages. Set to 0 to not show the subforum list>> I use 5.

The Plugin you are using is made by Zaheer1988 and it has quite issues regarding the template edits this plugin made, I think this will never solve because the plugin creator didnot online here
