Yeah when I was phpbb I was using one of those deep statistics program. We could use more sophisticated stats with mybb but I always fear load and overhead.

You're right. If too deep statistic, more CPU (I think, the different not to much).
But, We have to try this interesting part. Maybe MyBB can make better as built-in feature.

403 Error is an IP Ban Error

Maybe your IP Country is blacklisted there?
