No problem, glad I could help. I replied, not sure if it'll help or not. As far as that image, did you add any <br /> elements inside any of the templates that deal with the who's online section?

sorry about that you obviously saw before i edited it out .. i got it working ... there was an extra space wonder how it got there .... thanks again hope you can help witht he email problem ...

Glad it was all sorted in the end I think it's a great plugin and am using an updated version of either ethernet or crakter's plugin.
