Installing new theme help

Im trying to install a new theme, I have imported the XML file and uploaded the images to the my server. But the images don't show up.
I uploaded the image folder and placed it in: /forums/images/powergreen.
That was the same directory line I put in the section where it Image Directory when you are importing a theme.

What I'm a doing wrong? If I could have a step by step instruction on installing the new theme, that will be great.
