Afresh Theme

I have installed the afresh them but i noticed the plugins that i installed on the defalt theme some of them don't show on the new theme, have i got to install them again? If there is a plugin folder on the new then i can't see one.

No, the template edits made by the plugin can't get added to a new theme when it's imported. Usually deactivating the plugin and activating again will make the template edits again, meaning it will show on the new theme.
