In the extreme case of moderator corruptness, is there a way i can let users decide who they report too? like once your forums are around a user who gets a bit talky and flames a bit might not be punished right in some hands.

They should use the PM function in that case to get in contact with the administrator or other moderator.

No need to add such bloated functionality, in my opinion.

This would be stupid. Especially since people would also need an option to enable/disable it from being sent to them.

i know. in prevous additions of other board i had seen that. it seems to be a dead part of boards.
