quick way to make the forum centered:
add this into your css:

/** Page Wrapper **/
#outer {
margin: auto;
width: ###px;
}

and then make another div tag around the whole site:

<div id="outer">
content content content
</div>

CSS Updated, replace ### with how wide you want your forum to be

i'm prety sure that they might have an option to change ur ads from frames into popups!!

contact them or check ur hosting settings

yes don't u login to check ur hosting space, files, options, bla bla, you might find settings for the ads over there

cpanel does that, but no options for ad's

i would recommend contacting the support team,

whether they apply it them selves
or they tell u where to modify the ads settings!
