Editing Colours

I've been editng my forum colours but theres one I can't change.

If you goto http://www.24junkie.com/forums/index.php theres that white looking colour next to the logo which goes down both sites and is then used in the footer.

If there anyway to change that?

It's in the css.
Go to Admin CP > Templates > Modify/Delete and choose to expand the template. Then edit the css one and replace #e3e3e3 with #506C74 (first is current colour, second is yours, if I'm correct).

You'll find #e3e3e3 in the body selector, after the background declaration.
