Ok, is it possible this plug-in could be crossing somehow Crakters "Show the users that has been online today (2.0)"
I say this because Crakters plug-in de-activated on its own after I installed yours. Just a thought and I'm no coder. Here's also a list of my plugins

Admins can log into Users' accounts (1.0)

I don't think that this plugin interferes with Crakter's plugin. All the functions I use are prefixed with asoi_. I'll look into it however tonight ;-)

it have nothing todo with overview or another plugin which use ajax, all works together in my test board,...except the shoutbox

I would imagine our problem is similar? As your shout box keeps loading, my entire forum does that when I activate this plug-in. I re-checked and re-installed the plug-in only to now have the white screen appear in the admin area. Scary bug for me as I have a fairly good sized busy forum. Yes I do backups before I install plugins also. Thank goodness

Hope this gets ironed out. I'd like to be able to use the plug-in

All right. I was able to solve the shoutbox problem. There was a conflict with jQuery and the javascript that MyBB uses. hemi, I'm gonna pm you with a link to some updated files. If these files also solve your problem, then I'll release an updated version on the MyBB mods site ;-)

I have this plugin working on a MyBB version that has no plugins installed but this one and the plugin works fine. My other forums that have plugins is where the issue is. Would anyone here know if any of the plug-ins I list above is using jquery other than smetheads? This is a plugin conflict of some kind. My forum is too busy to test every plugin and re-install/activate plugins plus reset all the settings for plugins etc...

Doesn't matter when only one is activated. I'm working on this as quick as I can.

So apparently, none of the plugins I tested are not the problem. I couldn't test labrocca's plugins as I would need to subscribe. I'll contact him about it.

If you don't want to deactivate each plugin then just open them up one at a time in FTP and comment out the plugin hook lines until the problem is gone. It's not ficons or myawards as neither hooks into those functions he uses.

Well I've tested them al on my board. I installed and activated almost all of the plugins listed and I had no problems. Not even with the Overview plugin. Maybe it's the theme or some other kind of modification.

I tested again today. With all his plugins installed and activated, and mine uninstalled. Then I installed and activated it and there's no problem whatsoever :/

I've uploaded version 3.1 to MyBBmods and it is now awaiting activation.

Changelog:

3.1:
1. FIX: The custom stylesheet stays whichever theme you choose.
And stays enabled when other plugins use custom stylesheets.
2. FIX: The conflict between jQuery and the MyBB javascript
code is resolved, allowing other AJAX related plugins and
modifications to work on index and portal.
3. FIX: When there are no threads in Newest Threads, the plugin
will show that.
4. UPD: Unviewable forums now checked by MyBB functions.
5. UPD: Friendlier date formats if today/yesterday/tomorrow.
6. UPD: Today's Top posters only show's posters of the present
day and no longer of the past 24 hours.
7. ADD: Search Engine Friendly links using MyBB functions.
8. ADD: Formatted reputation points
9. ADD: Statistics: Newest Polls added.
10.ADD: Statistics: Upcoming Events added.

People using custom themes are advised to upgrade.
