About the Default Profile question, that works fine overhere ... did you changed any settings for it ? Especially the "Avatar URL" && "Show Avatars" setting ?

Not that I know of. I installed the plugin after the 2nd member registered; I'm just hitting refresh hoping that it would show up. Maybe it only takes effect after a) the 2nd member updates his profile, and/or b) a new member joins.

When I try to go to stats.php after I installed the plugin I get this error:

MySQL error: 1054
Unknown column 'fid3' in 'where clause'
Query: SELECT count( * ) AS fid FROM mybb_userfields WHERE fid3 = 'Male'

Any suggestions?

Hi all, I found there is a bug in the Country Flag ver. 2.0.
I installed the plugin but after activating was unable to get the flag of Czech Republic to show. You just need to rename the file Czech_ Republic.gif to Czech Republic.gif in the images/flags directory, then you will be able to get the flag graphic to show

Then you must have deleted the Custom Field 'Sex' ... Did you created a new one where people can select their gender ?
If so, open exs.php and find fid3 and replace it with the new fidX ( X == Custom Profile ID )
