I really dont think that is worth the sale, you would really have to make something special...such as change the design not just some images and css.

I haven't seen you create any images. You're first theme is basically a ClanTemplates ripoff, no offence. I'd like to see some of them though.

1: You need an original image set.
2: You might want to consider heavy template modification to stand out from the rest. But remember that if you do this then you might want to include a small update fee (or include that with the initial price) for future version(s) of the particular forum type that you are theming.
3: Another thing is to look around at various boards themes; (http://www.extremepixels.com/) is a good start. Try NOT to imitate them. That will only bring you harsh words/flaming from existing skinners.

Start off with one theme/skin and make it your flagship.....first impressions are everything.
