How do I change the logo LINK to be to another website

When a user clicks the logo, I want it to go to:
www.mywebsite.com/index.html
Not index.php of the folder where I've set up the forum:
www.mywebsite.com/subject/forum/index.php
?

You can edit where it goes in the header template.
