Bulk mail problem

When i used to send bulk mail to my users.
Showing (0%delivery) in board and most user recieved 2 mails .Why?
.i am using smtp for mail forwarding.
And mybb 1.48

No problem in bulk private message sending.

now my test user recieved 4emails.

Does the user getting multiple mails have a comma in their name?? Shouldn't have an effect now as it was a fixed bug, but just asking to make sure...

One test user name is rumi other is remshad_m both user name is not having comma in their user name..

I did a detailed search in my forum no user name contains comma but some people using dots in their user name
