Is there any way I could make a forum not appear on the index but the user can still access it via URL? I tried making it not "exist" or whatever in hopes of them still being able to at least access it, but nope. So is there any way or is there a plugin to do it?

Make it a subforum of a forum that the user cannot view.

Hmm I'll try that.

Well I tried it and it didn't work. Does it have to be a subforum? Why can't it be a regular forum? I really need it to be a regular one. I'm trying to make it so that when we discuss projects with the download manager, you need to either view the download to discuss it or click the link at the top.

As the current permissions system doesn't like that. I tried it but it wasn't very good.

There is this plugin: http://mybbsource.com/thread-1209.html

However Nickman has disabled it because of some issues.
Thanks, Polarbear541
