They weren't CHMOD'ed right so I changed it and deleted my cache and it still is the same. I even posted a new announcement and nothing has changed.

Now that the CHMOD's right, make sure the settings are right again, and even if they are, just save the settings, and see if they show then.

That's because now that you CHMOD your settings.php to what it's meant to be you seem to have got old settings back... this is why CHMODs should always be set to what they're supposed to be...

Change your board URL setting to http://wiiboost.com in the General Configuration settings.

Thanks... any idea I can get the content_bg out of the announcement posts only? I tried the announcements.php file and the template files.
