Hi I've installed the plugin tag cloud activation and after each following threads will go Error Please HELP what do you do??

If you mean the 404 error, it looks like you've enabled the MyBB SEF URLs without reading the instructions for it first. Turn the SEF URLs off, rename your htaccess.txt file to .htaccess, and turn them on again. As long as your host support mod_rewrite, it'll work then.
