Activation Errors

Hey, recently two members tried to sign up to my forum but couldnt register their account.

'I tried to register on your forum but my activation links sent to my email from your site are coming up as errors.'

I have not changed anything on the forum, this just happened.

What errors were showing? We can't tell you much if we don't know what the error is.
