In your FTP server find where you uploaded all your files. Go into the directory Called "admin" and then search for a file called "forums.php" the chmod it to 777

If you're using labrocca's one, it doesn't say to do that... there is no ./admin/forum.php file.

i have checked but thee no file forums.php in admin folder..

I've been examining the code and it isn't the same. Can't say i've heard of that plugin before though.

Probably best to ask where you got it from or try ignoring that step and see if it works.
