After moving my whole community over to a new forum, I want to know: How can I get a custom banner for my forum? I'm using the theme "Vision"

Make it...?? Not sure what sort of answer you're after. Someone who's good with GFX software may be able to make one if you wouldn't be able to.

Oh, well you didn't say that... you can change the path to the banner image/logo in the settings for the theme.
