Name of Announcement in Title

Is there a way to add the title of the announcement in the title tag of the announcement template? To me, it's kind of silly to have it just read "Announcement" without having a proper title to go along with it.

I know nothing about the PHP values when dealing with the title of announcements.

EDIT: For those who don't know what I'm asking exactly, I mean for the announcement, have the title read "Announcement: [Announcement Title]" so users can see what it is and possibly search engines, too.
