I found little mistake (I would delete it in prev. versions but nobody is sending me PM with their forum using tags), it is making too much threads in sililar threads row

positioning. Give us a choice to have it near the top or bottom of the index page... also alot less tags on the index page lol

Put about X amount of tags in the index page and then give a link to tags.php after the X amount of tags is in the box.

Also rearranging the tags in alphabetical order would help to.

Another thing I can think of is sanitizing the strings so someone wouldn't be able to do something like:
http://site.com/tag/malicious code instead of word here

Ok I think I got it, I will do it in next version.

Next thing is index page, you can cut and paste $stcp_index to other localization (in index template), I can not imagine another solution.

Amount is can be controled by user, I don;t want to add alphabetical order, beacuse it has to be add in very unoptymalized way. I don't get it why should I sanitizing the strings, malicious code will be filtred by prepared funcions
