This has been requested too many times. And it has been denied every time. Mostly because of the warez. I don't think there is any official Modder who will make this mod. But I know that Nitemare
made some kind of [reg][/reg] tags which makes the text only viewable for registered members.
The problem is, if someone quotes the post, he will still be able to see the message.

What I would do in such cases is just create a sub-forum which can not be seen by not-registered members and those awaiting activation.
(You can set that up via AdminCP >> Forum Management >> Permissions.)
Create a thread in that forum containing the message that only registered users can see. And link to that thread in another thread where everyone can see the link.
