Few questions about MyBB

Hello, I'm new to this community and generally in MyBB and i still have few questions about it ( MyBB ). So there are they:
1. Is there any mod/plugin/way to make bot/user who can not login to the forum but can post (automatic) things like Welcome PM/Post to users and things like that ?
2. How can I add my MyCodes into the editor ? i try Xfire Mycode by Jag100 and it say:

6-open jscripts/editor.js,
FIND

this.insertStandardButton(elements, "php", "images/codebuttons/php.gif", "php", "", this.options.lang.title_php);

BELOW ADD

this.insertStandardButton(elements, "xfire", "images/codebuttons/xfire.gif", "xfire", "", this.options.lang.title_xfire);

But there is nothing like that ?
I use MyBB 1.4.10 ( later I will update ) and theme Majestic I also use SR MyBBCoder

That's not what I'm looking for. I find Welcome PM and Welcome Post mod already. I need something to post them. No me something like user but who cannot login in the forum. Something like the the RSS Bot for phpBB. But thanks for the fast replays

... when you said a welcome PM you didn't mean a welcome PM...?? Hard to know what to suggest if you're changing your mind... You're contradicting yourself a bit. And if you've found a welcome post mod, use that...?? I assume there's a setting for which user posts it, just make a new user and never login with it...??

Yes - I have Welcome PM Mod. What the *** I'm looking for ? I bot who to send them by default I (the admin) send them. But I don't want to send user that PM. I want a specified user to do that. Did i explain it ?

Yes, like I said above, there's settings to choose which user sends it... I know the plugin I linked to does, you can create a new user that you'll never login with, a bot user, and tell the settings to send from that user.

Yes, but i want if there is possible to disable the login whit that user. Something like banned ?

If you ban them they might not be able to send a PM. Why not just... never login with it...?? Not sure what the problem is, only you would know the password, nobody would be able to login to it, only you if you chose to...
