mysite.com/username
#1
Hey, I just had a thought, and I'm sure this is possible because with the SEO urls enabled MyBB makes profiles: mysite.com/user-1.html etc. So I was wondering if it is possible to change that to: mysite.com/username

This can be done via .htaccess rewrite engine I think, I'm just very unfamiliar with this at the moment so help would be great Smile

can't help you with mysite.com/username, but if mysite.com/User-username or mysite.com/u-username or similar is fine for you, the Google SEO plugin does that. It does the same for threads forums etc, but you can disable those if you want it only for users.

It has to be in the forums main folder, at least for the time being.

You download the Google SEO plugin, you read the documentation, you install it, you configure it.
