[REQ] MODs Banning

Could someone make a mod that gives Super mods the ability of banning members. I don't want them to ave full admin rights, I just want them to ban people. Could someone make a mod or is this not possible

You could give Super Mods access to the admin CP, but then in "Admin Permissions," only allow banning
