Why the additional login box in the middle (when you're already logged in)? Is it a separate login for a CMS?

Well the problem is that I won't allow PHP in templates because I was first going to let it detect whenever you were logged in or not and display some information if logged in but than I remembered that PHP isn't allowed.

Yes the login box is very limited and maybe the panel could have used a bit more work, might improve it overtime Wink.
