are there any way of setting forum to invite only mode? admin/allready members inserting an email and then a email with a register link/password beeing sendt allowing the user to register?

couldnt find any mod for this so please correct me if im wrong.

There currently is no mod that does that, but what you can do is password protect the forum so that the have to pm or email the admin to obtain it...Just a thought...somebody else might be able to help more.

If you want admins to be able to choose who can register, you can set the 'Registration Method' setting to 'Admin Activate' and then admins must activate each user registered before they can be a full member of the forum.
