Will all template edits be reset to default after the upgrade from 1.4 to 1.6 ?
eg. If we've added a dropdown menu to our header template , will that remain or will it be removed/overwritten ?

You have to update or revert modified template yourself... This is identically to every other update. Wink

You'll need to revert templates to default to make sure you've got all the new code in them. The header template has been changed in 1.6 but you can just make any edits you've made again after.
