I tried blocking Russia only. Most of the spammers were from there

Nayar, thanks for your nice & unique plugin! But there seems to be little html mistake: http://community.mybb.com/thread-125186-...#pid904861

Also I've installed for my one v1.6.3 forum and it is working nicely but not for another forum v1.6.7 with similar features and plugins installed. Any guess why?
Nayar thanks, I've fixed the plugin. Closed the div in line 129 and put "&" before $post in line 121 for PHP 3 and above.
