Non of the mods I installed work for the new skins it only works for the main skin.

What mods ae those? Maybe they will need some extra edits to work with your custom skins. Ask at their threads and hopefully their authors will help you with the edits you will need to make them work at your custom skin.

http://forum.adminjunction.co.cc/ Is the site I got the skin From Audentio Design but they said the lack of some form of Template Hooks makes it hard to make a unique design while retaining compatibility with 3rd Party Modifications. So is there a way I can do it myself?
