Upper Panel Problem *With Pic*

Ok so i wanted to change my image sizes for the top links, so i changed the images, but they are too big it seems!



Look at the memberlist

I have tried a few things but they did not work. So im wondering how do i get them to fit and how can i make the font size larger, because i tchanged something i thought would correct it and it didnt work!

Help appreciated.
